Refund Policy

Refund : 8 weeks of lessons are expected per term. If lessons are under this amount a refund will be made for the lessons owing.

If students are present for the full term, students will receive extra lessons at no extra cost.

If a student will not be there on the day of the lesson, an email is requested by 7:30am.

Please request a refund via email with the date of lesson missed.

Refunds will only be given if a student is away ill or effected by a school incursion or excursion. An email must be sent advising of their absence for a refund if needed.

Make up lessons are in week 10.

No refunds will be accepted if a student has forgotten the lesson or not brought their instrument to school. In most cases, there will be a spare instrument to use for that lesson.

Please note, that every effort is made to ensure your child is present for their lesson.
